About us
We use engineering to lower the consumption of energy and materials.
Six out of the nine planetary boundaries are transgressed since 2023, due to human activities. This increases risks to people and the ecosystems we are part of. On the other hand, we are overconsuming energy and materials, wasting money and resources.
ÉcoCé was created in 2024 rooted in two core statements:
- The cheapest and cleanest resource is the one that we don’t use
- Someone’s trash is someone else’s treasure.
These values align with the principles of Circular Economy, the cornestone of our vision. ÉcoCé is part of the .eco community.
Our actions to make this world better
Low-impact engineering solutions
We provide engineering services to projects and businesses with virtuous environmental and social impact. Because each job is different, we carefully analyze the needs and context of the project to develop tailored solutions. Our objective is to develop engineering solutions decreasing CO2 emissions and consumption of material resources for energy and transportation.
Circular economy
Systematically buying new and throwing away, on top of having serious environmental and social consequences, leads to a decay in knowledge ownership, dependence to new products and exposes to the risk of uncontrollable market prices. We apply circular economy principles for a lower exposure to obsolescence, market instability, and more sustainable (environmentally and economically) endeavours.
Consumer goods rental platform
Maximizing the use of what already exists, repairing, avoids waste generation and allows to reduce cost and environmental footprint. This is why we created our rental platform: Agora.
